Important Update: Billing System Upgrade

We have recently upgraded our financial systems.

Please note, rate and application payments are not affected by this change.

As part of the system upgrade, your payment reference numbers have changed.

Please ensure you use the updated numbers to avoid any issues with future payments.

What You Need to Know

  • New Payment Details: Your BPAY, Postbillpay, and online payment references have changed. These new details are included in a one-off statement and/or new invoices we’ve sent you.
  • Direct Debit Customers: No action is required—your payments will continue automatically after the upgrade.
  • Saved Payment Information: If you’ve stored payment details in your internet banking, please update them with the new reference numbers. Payments using old details may be declined.

Where to Find Your New Payment Details

Refer to the payment section at the bottom of each page for the new reference numbers relevant to your payment method.

 

Why am I getting a statement?

From now on you will receive an invoice detailing all charges incurred and also a monthly Statement summarising any outstanding invoices.

 

Why have the numbers I use to pay changed?

Due to our system upgrade, all payment details have also been adjusted.

 

Do I have to do anything?

Update your biller code and reference details, as per your new statement and invoices, if you choose an electronic form of payment
