If any person believes that they are entitled to receive a refund, a refund request, detailing the payment and an explanation as to why a refund is sought, may be lodged with Council.
This request can be lodged by email at council@wangaratta.vic.gov.au or in writing to Rural City of Wangaratta, PO Box 238, Wangaratta, VIC 3676. It will be considered by the relevant Council department and a response will be provided within 14 days.
