Sustainable House Day
Sustainable House Day provides the opportunity to explore some of Australia’s most unique and inspiring homes.
With a community of over 52,000 people, this major annual event is a trusted source of expert advice, insight, and peer-to-peer education about building, retrofitting or renovating sustainably. Sustainable House Day has existed in various forms for more than 20 years and has been organised by Renew since 2017.Renew is a national, not-for-profit organisation that inspires, enables and advocates for people to live sustainably in their homes and communities.
The main free event is happening on March 19th 2023 will be followed by a month of ticketed sessions with experts and homeowners, bringing you in-depth information on tricky subjects like finding a sustainable architect and builder, building with natural materials, insulation and energy efficiency and much more.
