Bringing you a packed calendar of activities and events. Enjoy the best of Wangaratta this summer!

Lighting of the Christmas Tree 2024

Friday 6 December 6pm - 9pm
Riverside Square, Faithfull Street

Join us as we officially mark the beginning of our Summer In The Parks program of events at the Lighting of the Christmas Tree.

New Years Eve 2024

Ring in 2025 with a night of live music and celebrations at the Wangaratta Showgrounds! Bring your friends and family along for a night to remember.

Outdoor Ball 2025

Saturday 17 February 6pm-10pm
Merriwa Park Wangaratta

Shake your hips to the rhythmic beats of the Latin band Zona 7. Enjoy food & drinks from our onsite vendors and create a keepsake at our photobooth.

Australia Day 2025

Friday 26 January 9am - 12pm
King George V Wangaratta

Australia Day Celebrations award the Citizen, Young Citizen and the Event/Project of the Year!
