To celebrate NAIDOC Week everyone is invited to a free family fun day including:
- Welcome to Country
- Damanmu Dance Crew
- Bangerang language, astronomy and cultural artefacts
- Traditional woodworking and weaving workshops
- Bitja Woka film screening
- Animals of Oz wildlife display
- Kids art and games
- Face painting
- Free lunch
This event is a partnership between Bangerang Aboriginal Corporation, Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Education, Mungabareena Aboriginal Corporation and Rural City of Wangaratta supported by funds from the Australian Government’s National Indigenous Australians Agency
