As the local government elections will be held on 26 October 2024, The Rural City of Wangaratta will assume a caretaker role from Tuesday 17 September 2024. During the caretaker period, there will be limited changes made to the content on Council's websites. Information will only be added to this website in accordance with caretaker requirements.

Twamley’s Lane Culvert Replacement

Twamley’s Lane, Greta will be closed from 7.30am on 9 September 2024 for culvert replacement works. Works are due to be completed by 23 September 2024. Safety measures including full traffic control will be in place while the works are being undertaken.

Message boards will be in place prior to the works commencing to notify residents of the closure. No through traffic will be permitted during the closure dates.
