Appeal your animal infringement

Step 1.Gather your documents and information 

You will need to provide all relevant information to support your appeal. This includes copies of any supporting documentation. Please ensure you also have your infringement notice with you as you will need to enter the Ticket Number.

Step 2.Complete your online application

Submit your application for internal review via our online form.

Step 3.Internal review

Once we receive your application, we will review it within 90 days. You do not need to take any further action unless we contact you for additional information. 

Step 4.Communication of review outcome

Once your application has been reviewed, we will write to you within 21 days, advising you of the outcome. 

• If the infringement is upheld, we will advise you of a new payment date.
• If the infringement is overturned, we will advise you of the outcome but you won't need to take any further action.

Bring your application form along with supporting documents into our Government Centre at 62-68 Ovens Street, Wangaratta.
