Grit & Resilience Program

Our community values diversity, and the Grit and Resilience program helps improve social connections and inclusion. We engage with people of all ages and backgrounds, including those with lived experiences, Aboriginal people, and individuals from the LGBTIQ+, disability, and culturally diverse communities, to promote mental health and well-being through various activities.

Supported by the Victorian Government’s Social Inclusion Action Group (SIAG) funding, this program is a key initiative recommended by the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health System. It has evolved from a previous program funded by the Primary Health Network, now with a stronger focus on enhancing social inclusion and community connections.

The program runs workshops and events throughout the year, and we would love to connect with you at our events. If you would like to be part of the Program, please get in touch with the Grit and Resilience Program team.
