Event categories

Events generally fit into one of the below three categories. Each have different requirements so please read them carefully.

Public gathering

A public gathering has less than 100 people and does not need a permit. However you will need to register your event.

A low impact event has 100 - 500 attendees and will require a permit.

Medium and high impact events have more than 500 attendees and require a permit.
