Wangaratta's Outdoor Ball Returns with Vatos Locos

Clear your diaries, dust off your dancing shoes, and get ready to embrace the premier free event of Wangaratta's summer social calendar – it’s Outdoor Ball time!!

This year, we are delighted to announce the return of one of Australia’s top Latin Bands, Vatos Locos. 

Known for their vibrant and energetic performances, Vatos Locos brings a unique blend of original and contemporary Latin rhythms that will ignite the dancefloor.

Rural City of Wangaratta Councillor, Dave Fuller expressed his excitement, at the upcoming event, "The Outdoor Ball is a highlight of our community calendar, this inclusive event brings people together to celebrate summer and enjoy fantastic music in a beautiful setting."

“It’s always great to see Merriwa Park transformed with sound, light and dance, and the giant mirror ball always adds a little magic to the evening.” he went on.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, 17th February 2024, running from 6pm to 10pm at Merriwa Park, Wangaratta. Admission to the event is free, but for those looking to elevate their experience, VIP table bookings for ten guests are available online.

Attendees can look forward to a variety of food and drink options from local vendors, including a selection of exquisite local wines. The event strictly prohibits BYO alcohol or glass containers and maintains a smoke, vape, and drug-free environment. Service dogs are welcome.
