It’s a boy!

Councillor Ashlee Fitzpatrick and her partner Michael Groves are thrilled to announce the safe arrival of their first child Parker Chase Groves.

Parker was born on Wednesday 3 May 2023 shortly before 7pm at Northeast Heath Wangaratta.

Little Parker weighed a healthy 3.34kg and he and Ashlee are both well and happy. New Dad Michael is said to be smitten with the arrival of their son.

Cr Fitzpatrick would like to thank the midwives and staff at Northeast Health Wangaratta for the excellent care she, Michael, and Parker received.

Rural City of Wangaratta is very happy to hear the news of Parker's safe arrival and hopes he will follow in his parent’s footsteps as a community leader.

Ashlee and Michael were both Youth Council representatives and Cr Fitzpatrick looks forward to continuing her role as a Councillor as she raises her young family in the local community.
