The three-day Folk Rhythm & Life Festival will take place on December 6-8 this year, with a lineup featuring over 60 acts and more yet to be announced.

Event plans for the festival were approved by Council last month. This year’s event will once again take place at the Bilyana Natural Amphitheatre in Eldorado, drawing thousands of attendees from across Australia and abroad to experience the unique atmosphere of our region.

The Folk Rhythm & Life Festival has celebrated music and the bush since 1996 and the strong fan base make it a significant drawcard, expected to attract an audience of 2,000–3,000. Events like these provide a major boost to the local economy, supporting hospitality, tourism, and local businesses.

Council looks forward to a continued partnership with festival organisers, welcoming their commitment to enriching the community and furthering our region’s reputation as a premier destination for live music and cultural events.

This summer, the Wangaratta region will host a number of festivals and events. Council encourages community members to support local organisations and attend events including Folk Rhythm & Life Festival. Tickets are available now from the website www.bilyana.com
