The Rural City of Wangaratta Customer Service office hours are adjusting to better meet the changing needs of our community. The hours will be 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday, from 1 August 2024.
The change in opening hours reflects how customers are engaging with Council for their enquiries, requests, and payments. The current opening hours are 8:30am to 5pm. Over the last 12 months, opening hour customer interactions between 4:30 to 5:00pm have decreased.
The new hours will align with those of VIC Roads who share the Government Centre foyer and will ultimately better serve the community with minimal impact on service.
