Swimming pools and spas

There is now a requirement for all swimming pools and spas to be registered with us.

Registration involves completing a form and a one off payment. Your swimming pool or spa barrier needs to be inspected every four years. 

If you are an owner of a pool or spa capable of holding more than 300mm of water you need to comply with Building Regulations, which we administer.

Your pool barrier needs to be inspected by a qualified surveyor in order to be compliant.
